When guests visit the Virgin Islands, they always think of fresh seafood. And who wouldn’t love fresh seafood in the form of beautiful sushi while on charter? Paradise Yacht Management provided a great opportunity to our chefs by offering a sushi making class hosted by the talented Chef Kristi Marquart! Her skillful instruction helped our chefs feel confident in making the most impressive sushi while on charter by showing rolling techniques, the importance of prep, how to create a rainbow of colors and all the unique ways to be creative all while having fun!
